The Magical World Of HARRY POTTER

10 years ago(1997)a book ,which was written by a woman in dire need of money, was published which was going to become one of the most read book. The author I'm talking about is Joanne K Rowling (also know as JKR) and the book I'm talking about is the HARRY POTTER series of which the first book, that is "Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone", was published in the year 1997.
From then onwards there was no stopping the harry potter mania that has spread around the world and gripped it in its clutches. 6 books of the series of 7 harry potter books have been published while the 7 book " Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" is going to be released on the 21 of july 2007.All the books were international bestsellers and remained on top for a long time.Out of the 7 books 5 have been made been made into films of which 4 have been released while the film on the 5 book" Harry Potter and The Order OF Phoenix" will be released on the the 13 of July .The movies have grossed over $3.5 billion worldwide.
